Information about Meet&Greet for #JIB14
Meet&greet will be held in different days during the convention, so if you aren't sure you'll be there all days please inform us before sending your request. This way we'll try to figure out if you can take part in a session or not.
Also as you can imagine available places to meet guests are VERY limited, only a maximum of 20 people in each session for one guest or a group of guests can access the M&G (you can find a brief description of Meet&Greet here).
So please remember this if you try your luck but miss out on the meet&greet you wish to have. We hate to disappoint you but we only have a handful of seats and we will assigned them by email arriving order.

You can request to be part of 3 different M&G sessions. (M&G will be held on Saturday or Sunday)
Full contribution: 545€ sent before 5.00pm (Rome time zone) January 20th.
Installments: 275€ sent before 5.00pm (Rome time zone) January 20th + 275€ sent before 5.00pm (Rome time zone) February 9th.

MEET&GREET WITH JIB14 GUESTS
ONLY PEOPLE OWNING AN INVITATION PASS CAN BOOK AND ATTEND M&G SESSIONS.
MEET&GREET BOOKING PROCEDURE
ON JANUARY 13TH you can request meet&greet by email only. From January 22nd you will be able to send your request through the website for meet&greet still available.
Please send your booking email ONLY to staff@jusinbello.it specifying ALL following data in the following order and in list mode for each participant (maximum of 5 people per email)
DATA FOR REQUESTING MEET&GREET (from JANUARY 13th at 2.00pm Rome time zone)
- Surname and Name
- Type of pass you have been assigned
- Type and number of meet&greet you want
- Preferred method to send your contribution (wire transfer, WISE/Revolut/ Skrill direct-to-bank or equivalent service)
- You can request meet&greet even if you have not received your pass receipt by email yet.
- OUR STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU ON JANUARY 17th CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AND GIVING YOU RELATED DETAILS TO COMPLETE IT.

AFTER HAVING RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH BOOKING DETAILS FROM OUR STAFF you will have time until January 20th at 5.00pm (Rome time zone) to send your contribution.
We're sorry but failing to respect the deadline will result in you getting a fine, or losing your right to request other extras , or being denied access to the convention based on the situation. So please be careful when you send your booking request for extras and don't send it if you are not sure you will be able to complete it. - To have necessary information please read ALL the rules posted on this website attentively, starting from FAQ and Terms and Conditions.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
- If you send a booking request you have to complete it regularly in accordance to the rules you find on this website and you cannot change your mind during the process cancelling it. So please be sure before sending your email.
- We are not going to accept requests sent before the booking opening hour (2.00pm) so pay attention to the time. Should we receive your request before time we will let you know by email.
- You can send only 1 email for ALL your requests. You cannot send multiple emails to book extras. If you do so your booking will be considered only after all other requests, you will be assigned all extras you've requested available at that time and you will have to complete the booking for them all.
- You have to specify all requested data in the specified order and in list form only for all the people that you are booking for, and copy them to acknowledge in the email you send us (otherwise we will reply to you only and it will be your responsibility to forward our reply to your friends).
- Do not send us further emails to add things or change your details (not even if you forget some data), wait until we contact you to ask, and especially don't send messages to various email addresses, please use staff@jusinbello.it only!
- Sending requests for other people makes you responsible for their bookings as well, and you will have to make sure they will complete them regularly.
- If you book together you have to use the same method to send your contribution.
- If you book together please try to send your contribution together with one single transfer, if you cannot do so specify it clearly in your booking email.
- You can book as many meet&greet as you like without limit, but please keep in mind that you will have to complete correctly all the requests you send or all of them will be deleted and you would face the consequences of having breached rules.
- If you use installments and you don't send them all within specified deadlines you lose your bookimg (and your previous installments will not be refundable).
- Due to problems caused by people who do not follow booking instructions we regret to inform you that an extra donation between 5€ to 10€ will be requested from anyone making mistakes, sending multiple emails for their booking, sending unnecessary emails at booking time, sending data in a different way than specified (for yourself or others you are booking for), sending more than 1 transfer per booking, sending wrong contribution or sending an incomplete contribution or incomplete installments.
- Please remember it's not possible to handover meet&greets and you cannot send someone else in your place even if you cannot attend.
- We wish to remind to everyone that only people who have an invitation pass on their name can attend the convention so they're the only one who can take advantage of meet&greet opportunities.
