JIB14 PASS BOOKINGS WITH PRIORITY
This is only for people who requested a place at JIB14 at last convention.
Please send your email on JULY 15th AT 3.00 p.m. (Rome time zone).
- If you want you can book a pass also for one friend who doesn't have priority along with yours.
Your friend is required to send their pass contribution in the same way as people who don't have priority, as specified HERE

HOW TO SEND YOUR EMAIL

Send an EMAIL to staff@jusinbello.it on July 15th at 3.00pm (Rome time zone) WITH PERSONAL DETAILS LISTED HERE BELOW.- If you book for 2 or more people specify all required personal details for each person. (each person who has priority can book for one friend who doesn't have priority).
- You can book for a maximum of 5 people in each email. Remember to add in c.c. email addresses of all people you are booking for.
- People who wish to be seated together must book together (in the same email).
- People who book together must send their contribution with the same method (please if you can send one single transfer for your group).
- If you book for other people you are accountable for their bookings.
- Send one single email for your booking. It is forbidden to send two or more emails for the same booking.
- Participants must be at least 5 years old. Participants who are not yet 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult with their same type of pass.
DETAILS YOU NEED TO PROVIDE IN YOUR EMAIL FOR EACH PERSON:
- • JIB13 pass number (if you book for a friend write "guest of" and your JIB13 pass number)
- • Surname and name
- • Address (street, number, postal code, city, country)
- • Date of birth
- • Do you have special needs due to a physical or psychological condition? (Yes/No – If yes please give us details about it). If you have any condition that may affect your attendance in any way you must inform us about it.
- • Chosen pass type (If this type of pass is no longer available do you wish to have another one? If you do please specify also your second choice. You can also write "best pass available when you receive this email" if you want to).
- • Method you wish to use to send your contribution (Wire transfer or equivalent service like Wise, Revolut, Skrill etc... If you would like to use other methods please ask before booking.)
- • Specify if you wish to use installments (Yes I want installments / No I don't want installments – If you book for a friend who doesn't have priority they must choose how to send their contribution based on general information available HERE). You won't be able to change your mind about this at a later time.
Within 4-6 hours we are going to send you an automatic reply by email. This means everything is fine, we got your request and we are going to work it in the following days.

On July 22nd we are going to send you an email with all details you need to complete your pass booking. If you chose installments you will find your special installments plan in the email.YOU WILL HAVE TIME FROM JULY 22nd TO AUGUST 30th AT 5.00PM (Rome time zone) TO SEND YOUR TRANSFER. (full or 1st installment).
- Remember that all deadlines are mandatory. If you don't respect your deadline you loose your booking and your right to attend JIB Convention. If you have any unexpected problems please inform us before the deadline and we will see if we can help you.
- If you use installments and you don't send them all within specified deadlines you lose your pass (and your previous installments are not refundable).
- If you send a wrong contribution you must send another transfer in short to make it right + 5/10 euro extra donation for the problem caused.

We are going to send you your pass email receipt within a date specified in our reply to your booking. Please check to receive it fine and if you don't get it in due time inform us. Please read carefully all information available in the email with data we are going to send you on July 22nd.- If you use installments we are going to send you your pass email receipt after we receive last installment.
When we open bookings we only accept requests by email. At the end of July, if we still have passes available, you will be able to book them on this website (but installments won't be available anymore).
Before booking please read ALL the rules posted on this website attentively, starting from pass description to FAQ and Terms&Conditions.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO PLACE A BOOKING WITHOUT COMPLETING IT.
Seats are assigned by booking order so it's up to luck and fast email sending which pass number you get.
