5 RULES ON HOW TO BOOK

Booking opening days can be arranged differentely, check the news announcements in this regard.

  1. You can send your request in 2 ways.
    • Through this section of JIB website.
      After completing the procedure you'll immediately receive a copy of your request by e-mail. IT'S NOT A CONFIRMATION but only an automatic recap of your booking. Please check all the data you provided are correct. If you don't receive the automatic recap check in your spam folder. If it's not in the spam folder please try again because something must have gone wrong.
      ATTENTION: If you want to request 2 or more passes at the same time, you can add all the passes in your request. You can also request passes and extra (among the available ones) at the same time.
    • Through e-mail.
      Alternatively, you can send your request by sending an e-mail to staff@jusinbello.it with the subject "JIBWeek – Request" specifying the following data:

  • Complete address (street name, house number, postal code, city, state)
  • Date of birth
  • Specify if you have any special needs due health (physical or psychological) problems or not (write NO / YES plus details of what you need)
  • Type of Pass requested *
  • Preferred method of sending contribution (wire transfer and, with LIMITED availability, Skrill - if you'd like other methods please ask us before booking, but we cannot promise we'll accept them)

* Please SPECIFY if you'd like to have a different type of PASS, should the one you wanted as a first choice be no longer available, or if you don't want any other pass, or you can simply write you are willing to take the best pass available at the moment we receive your request)

  • Surname and name
  • E-mail
  • Type of Pass (number of pass if you have it)
  • Specify if you have any special needs due health (physical or psychological) problems or not (write NO / YES plus details of what you need)
  • Type of extra requested (one or more)
  • Preferred method of sending contribution (wire transfer and, with LIMITED availability, Skrill - if you'd like other methods please ask us before booking, but we cannot promise we'll accept them)

If you want to book for several people at the same time, for each person you must specify all details listed above in the same e-mail.
We remind you that by requesting a pass and/or an extra and paying a contribution you automatically declare to accept all the Terms&Conditions of this site and to commit to respecting them.

  1. In both cases, within 2 working days, you'll get a reply from our staff confirming if the requested pass and/or extra is available, if so they will send you all the data to complete the reservation by sending your contribution.
    If you don't get our reply in due time please write again to: staff@jusinbello.it (also check if our reply is in your spam folder).
  2. You must send your minimun contribution within 3 WORKING DAYS from when you receive our reply confirming your booking.
    The 3 working days due date is mandatory and not respecting it means to violate the Terms&Conditions. If you have other needs please contact the staff before sending your request and we will try to work out a feasible solution.
  3. Remember to notify the staff when you send your contribution.
    Within about 10 weeks from when we receive your contribution we'll send you an e-mail confirming the requested pass and/or extra, that is a numbered and nominal RECEIPT that you must print and bring with you at the convention, along with your ID card or passport for registration process. At the registration desk you'll get your actual pass badge (please refer to FAQ and Terms&Conditions for the complete list of needed documents, especially if you are an underage participant).
  4. Once you've sent your request you cannot change it or cancel it anymore.
    If you fill out a reservation and then you cancel it or you don't go through it regularly, the staff will have to take measures against your unfair behavior. Because this way you'd fail to comply to Terms&Conditions creating troubles for other participants and the staff working to create this event.
FURTHER NOTES
  • When coming to the event you must have a printed copy of your pass invitation sent by email (invitation is numbered and nominal, so only you can present it to the reception desk), a printed copy of any additional extras and a valid ID card. Minors must also present the additional documentation as per Terms&Conditions.
  • The convention is a private event held for selected attendees, failing to prove who you are will result in no access to the premises no matter what. If you send a request and a contribution or any other donation you tacitly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions on this website. Please read Terms&Conditions carefully before subscribing.
  • Your personal data will be treated according to the current Italian laws on privacy and used only for purposes related to Jus In Bello Assn. activities and your attendance to one of the events organized and promoted by the Assn. itself. By requesting an invitation you tacitly agree to the treatment of your personal data for all above purposes
  • Subscribing quotas and minimum contributions can be subjected to change, please confirm your choices as soon as possible.
  • Dates, venues and guests can be subjected to change. Check back frequently for updates and subscribe to our newsletter to get news immediately.
    Please note all guests are contracted to appear but appearances are subjected to change as film and television commitments take precedence. The event will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not, therefore as per our Terms&Conditions refunds will not be given if a guest pulls out.
    If a guest cancels we will try to book one or more replacements to fit the schedule. Photo ops and other activities will be transferred to other guests and options as per availability.
  • We wish to remind you that if you fail to send all installments within due dates you are automatically forsaking your invitation pass and all privileges. All previous installments sent for your requests will not be refunded and they will become simple donations without specific privileges.
  • Absolutely no audio or videotaping is allowed in the convention halls at any moment during the event. Still photography for personal use only are allowed but commercial use is strictly prohibited.
    Photo taking is permitted in the main hall but only from your seat and without flash use to avoid bothering our guests and other attendees.
    Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo op or meet&greet sessions.
    Photo taking is strictly prohibited at any special events.
  • Any member of credited and recognized international press wishing to gain special permissions please email to press@jusinbello.it. Though we wish to remind everyone that any event promoted and organized by Jus In Bello Assn. is a private gathering, so we reserve the rights to deny or revoke media accreditation at any moment to protect the privacy of our associates, supporters and partners.
