Links to book rooms at special rates for next June JIB13 will be available on this website in the next weeks.
Room rates for JIB13 are going to be
HILTON ROME AIRPORT: single 170 euro, double 210 euro, triple 240 euro (per night, breakfast included)
HILTON GARDEN INN: single 135 euro, double 170 euro, triple 200 euro (per night, breakfast included)

We apologize for the delay of our replies to you. We would like to inform you that due to the date change of the event all bookings made for the Hilton Rome Airport and the Hilton Garden Inn were automatically moved to the new dates in February 2023
The days of the week of arrival and departure of every single booking remain unchanged.
Due to the change of our Booking System the old booking has been cancelled and recreated with the same room type, number of people and rate. Only the confirmation number is changed- The deposit has been transferred to the new booking.
The deposit is no longer refundable in case of cancellation.

– Date change request
Please do not contact the Hotel in case your booking does not need to be modified.
