Jus In Bello Convention

Terms and conditions.

1. Jus In Bello Assn. reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason deemed necessary.
2. Any person found behaving in an unlawful manner, causing a nuisance or disrupting the event will be ejected from the event without a refund.
3. Any person must bring a printed copy of confirmation email as invitation and ID documents. The convention is a private event held for selected visitors, failing to prove personal identity will result in denial to access the premises or immediate removal from it.
4. Strictly no refunds will be given for this event. You are not booking a meeting with any specific actor or guest, you are giving a contribution to help maintain Jus In Bello Assn.
5. Your contribution will grant you access to this event or a similar one we might organize as a replacement.
6. Different contributions and subscriptions grants you different privileges and different passes.
7. If you have subscribed a quote and you cannot attend an event you can send someone else in your place, but you need to inform us at least 2 weeks priors the event.
8. If the event is anticipated, delayed, cancelled or moved to a new venue Jus In Bello Assn. will not be liable for any other costs you may incur.
9. If you fail to pay for the whole amount of your chosen contribution quote in terms agreed upon subscription no refund will be given, and entrance to any event will be denied.
10. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for arrangements made by attendees with third parties.
11. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for any casualties (stolen items, personal effects losses, accidents and so on) occurring before, during or after the convention on the convention premises.
12. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for opinions and declarations made by guests and any member of convention staff.
13. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for any personal initiative taken by guests or convention staff on their name only or on account of third parties.
14. All attendees are responsible for their actions and themselves at every moment. Underage attendees are under legal responsibility of their guardians.
15. All guests appearances are subjected to work and personal commitments.
16. Guests may appear for 1 or part of 1 day during our event.
17. Photo op passes are not sold they are included in informative pamphlets about Jus In Bello Assn. Pamphlets are provided only to people giving specific contributions to help maintain Jus In Bello Assn. Everyone can give a contribution and they will receive a pamphlet, but only attendees to the Jus In Bello Convention event will have the right to use photo op passes therein contained.
18. To gain photo op passes you must own pamphlets. Each different pamphlet will include 1 photo op pass for a different guest or group of guests. Jus In Bello attendees will collect their pamphlets directly at convention premises.
19. We cannot guarantee 1 or more different pamphlets for every attendee. Only those having booked them previously will be entitled to pamphlets.
20. Some guests may request a limit on the number of autographs signed, or we may have to limit sessions due to time or other constraints, therefore we cannot guarantee extra autographs be it free or paid for.
21. Autographs on the main signing sessions will be free according to your event package.
22. To access autograph sessions or photo op sessions you will need to owe a pass granting entrance to the main event.
23. If we have sponsored guests these may charge a fee for signing autographs.
24. Guests may refuse to sign items of unlicensed merchandise.
25. Guests may refuse to sign items they do not find suitable. Bringing forth rude or coarse items will have you removed from the event without refund.
26. You can bring presents for guests to autograph sessions, and you will be allowed to hand them personally, but each token must be unwrapped to allow a security check. No unchecked gift will be authorized.
27. At every moment, members of security and staffs can ask you to let them check your bags.
28. Any instruction deemed necessary to the correct and regular progress of the event by the authorized staff is obligatory and must be carried out immediately. Failing to act accordingly will result in your expulsion from the event without a refund.
29. Absolutely no audio or videotaping allowed in the convention halls at any moment during the event. If you are found to be recording the event you will be ejected from the event without a refund.
30. Still photography for personal use only are allowed but commercial use is strictly prohibited.
31. Photo taking is permitted in the main hall but only from your seat and without flash use to avoid bothering our guests and other attendees.
32. Photo taking is not allowed during autograph sessions nor during the photo ops. If you are found to be broking this rule you will be ejected from the event without a refund.
33. Photo taking is strictly prohibited at any special events. If you are found to be broking this rule you will be ejected from the event without a refund.
34. By attending any events you agree to allow your image to be used on our website, in news promotional works, documentaries or stories, either filmed by Jus In Bello Assn. or Jus In Bello Assn. Partners. Furthermore you understand that you will not receive any financial compensation for the use of any material or recordings.
35. The event will be recorded on behalf of Jus In Bello Assn. for a future DVD release.
36. No attempt is made to supersede the rights to any of the copyright holders of the programmes celebrated with the event promoted by Jus In Bello Assn.
37. The package quote does not include accommodation.
38. Each contribution will grant you the rights stated in the package description and nothing else.
39. If you subscribe a quote you agree to all the terms and conditions on this website.
40. Any claim will be solved under Italian Laws and Courts.
41. Jus In Bello Assn. reserves the right to add, remove or amend any of the conditions on this page.

All dates, venues and guests are considered tentative and subject to change. Check back frequently for updates.
If you are interested in an Angel Pass or a Demon Pass, be aware you can divide the payment for them (generally 3 installment for Angel Pass and 2 for Demon Pass) in various months.
All packages prices are subject to change, please confirm yours as early as possible.
All passes are non-refundable.

Please note all guests are contracted to appear but appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television commitments take precedence. The event will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not, therefore as per our Terms and Conditions refunds will not be given if a guest pulls out. If a guest cancels we will try to book one or more replacements to fit the schedule. Photo ops and extra autographs will be transferred to other guests and options holding the same value.
