Here we are with the awaited news about next year convention date and passes.
JIBCON 5 will be held one weekend in the second half of May 2014 and you will be able to book passes since SATURDAY JUNE 15TH 2013.
There will be 2 different starting hours:
1) FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN JUS IN BELLO ASSN. SUPPORTERS IN THESE PAST 2 YEARS (JIBCON 3 AND JIBCON 4 PARTICIPANTS OR ANYBODY WHO'VE SENT US A SIMPLE DONATION IN 2012 OR 2013):
booking time will start at 02.00pm (Rome timezone) and you will have 1 hour of priority over everyone else.
You will be able to send your request by email only and to show our appreciation for your kindness and support, we've decided that you'll be entitled to book also 1 pass for 1 friend who's never been at JIBCON and want to join you.
Also should you decide to split your contribution in installments we'll grant you a very special plan!
We will explain everything in detail in the next couple of weeks.
2) FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT BEEN JUS IN BELLO ASSN. SUPPORTERS IN THESE PAST 2 YEARS:
booking time will start at 03.00pm (Rome timezone).
From 03.00pm on everyone will be able to request a pass sending an email or using the website form until all places have been assigned.
Pass types will be again:
ANGEL PASS
DEMON PASS
SINNER PASS
HUNTER PASS
and PROPHET PASSES (the few VIP passes granting 1st row and meet&greet that will be released in the next months as usual).
All pass features will be the same as this year, but don't worry, we will release detailed descriptions for all of them and for booking procedures in the next weeks.
ABOUT REFUNDS FOR JARED'S PHOTO OPS/EXTRA AUTOGRAPHS/MEET&GREET we will contact by email in the next few weeks those of you who've brought their photo op/extra autograph/meet&greet postcards back at the reception desk during JIBCON 4 asking for refund. You will be able to use the determined credit as deposit for JIBCON 5 or we will send you back the money with a wire transfer (if you prefer another method you will have to ask and we will see if we can work that out).
ABOUT DIGITAL COPIES OF YOUR PHOTO OPS we will make them available around mid-July so please be patient for a bit longer, thanks!

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE!
This year more than ever we want to say a HUGE THANKS to everyone who has been part of JIBCON 4!
It's been one of the most amazing and revealing experience we could have ever hoped for and we really don't know who to thank first.
You guys as fans of Supernatural and JIB supporters... well you have been WONDERFUL! The most polite, sympathetic and respectful crowd we've have ever had since the very first time we've done this. Everyone in the staff and among guests has been so totally impressed by how understanding and gracious you've behaved all weekend long helping create an atmosphere of friendliness and intimacy.
And this despite the sorrowful news concerning Jared absence.
Fans, guests and people in the staff, we were all shocked about what was happening, worried and concerned for Jared and Genevieve and sad because they couldn't be with us but instead of personal and petty considerations we've all done our best to create a united front and this has paid off during the whole weekend!
We always say that JIBCON is special because we have the most incredible supporters and you've proven this once more with flying colours! So really thank you guys!
And we're sure you want to join us in sending our love, thoughts and prayers to Jared and Genevieve in this difficult moment. We're all distracted by so many things in our lives that sometimes we forget what is really important until something painful happens and it reminds to us that family and loved ones always should come first.
Another big thank you goes to all the people serving as staff. This year you've worked harder, longer and with more devotion to JIBCON than we could have hoped for. You've tried your best to be helpful and make everyone have fun. You've been patient when need called for it and you've gone the extra length to ensure that everyone could feel part of this big JIBCON family. And considering all the thank you messages we've received so far your efforts have been appreciated and recognized.
Thank you for everything and for sticking with us, and caring for us and everyone there especially when things seemed on the verge of crumbling on Friday night. We wouldn't have make it without you! You've made us proud and we are honored to have you all as friends!
And finally but only because this deserve to be addressed properly THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEART TO OUR SPECTACULAR GUESTS.
Your willingness to help facing the unforeseen trouble, your thoughtfulness for everyone's feelings, your incredible support and care have made a HUGE difference in how everyone –fans and staff alike- have lived through JIBCON 4. You've made this past weekend into an unforgettable and unique experience and we all respect and love you even more now!

Hi guys!
Finally we're here with the so awaited schedule for the convention! You find it HERE, you don't need to print it because we will hand it to you at registration desk with everything else from pass to convention booklet.
Please do remember that convention is a live event so this schedule can be modified for unforeseen reasons at any time before or at the convention, hence once at the Hilton pay attention to the timetables that will be posted before the various rooms and to the announcements that the staff will do for any change. We also wish to remind you that JIBCON4 is a 3 days event so to be sure you can have all your autographs and photo ops you need to be here the whole 3 days, not 1 day or a part of 1 day.
If you miss some activities because you were not there when the staff announced the change we won't take responsibility.

We remind you once again that to register at the convention and to access convention premises you must produce:
1 your pass receipt that is your personal invitation plus all your photo ops, autographs etc... email receipts (you just need first page of each email and you can print it in black/white. The terms&conditions page is just for your information, we don't need it at the con desk)
2 an ID DOCUMENT with a picture of you to show at the convention registration desk.
Without either of them you will not be allowed inside.
You CANNOT have someone else pick up your pass badge for any reasons.
Furthermore you can join us at the Hilton Rome Airport to get your pass on Thursday May 9th from 5.00pm to 7.30pm, and avoid lines on Friday morning.
Underage participants
If you have not done so yet you must have your parents filling permission to get admission to the convention and if you've reserved a room at the Hilton to get it. You have to print permissions fill them and bring them to the convention.
Merchandise, printed photos.
There will be various gadgets and photos available for you to pick up, but please consider only way to give minimum required contribution for them is going to be cash in Euro. We won't accept credit cards, other currencies or bank checks. Inside the Hilton hotel there is a cash machine which will work as long as there is cash availability of course.

There is an official poster of JIBCON 4 you will find it only at the convention.
And least but not last we are happy to let you know that ANDREA CASTA will be with us again, you will find him on stage providing good company as usual!

Hi everyone!
It's almost time again, and here we are with useful information, so please read everything carefully.
EMAILS
We wish to inform all of you that from Friday April 26th from 3.00 p.m. we won't be replying to any email anymore. All the staff will be busy with final arrangements for the conventions and away from office. So be aware that any doubt or question you may have need to be addressed before that moment.
For really urgent matter you will be able to phone us at +39 3460132094 but please don't abuse this because we do need to work to make everything run as smoothly as possible and we can't keep repeating the same things over and over again. So search the information you need on the website before calling us and be aware we could not be able to get calls all the time.
FOR MINORS ATTENDING THE CONVENTION
You can find on the website the AUTHORIZATION DECLARATION for Minor that need to be signed by parents or legal guardians if you are under 18th.
There are 2 different forms:
1st one if you are under 15th and coming with an adult responsible for you who is not your legal guardian (siblings, family members, friends etc).

2nd one if you are over 15th but still a minor coming alone.

Please prepare one of them accordingly to your situation because you will need to present it along your invitation email with pass number to gain entrance to the convention.
FOR MINORS STAYING AT HILTON HOTEL UNACCOMPANIED.
You can find on the website the AUTHORIZATION DECLARATION for Minor that need to be signed by parents or legal guardians if you are under 18th.
If you have some doubts about that please contact the Hilton directly at Romap.cb(at)Hilton.com and they will clear what's needed with you.

ROMAN HOLIDAY
RH instructions both in English and in Italian have been send out to people taking part in this special activity (ONLY TO THEM if you are not part of RH you will not receive them). If you are part of it and you have not received the instruction email please contact us so we can send it again.
CONVENTION SCHEDULE
The convention program will be online 1 week before the convention start and you will be able to check all activities at that moment, so please don't send email the time for different activities now.

Hello guys!
This is becoming an after convention tradition to keep the fun going on a bit longer, so this year too here we are with all the information you may need to join us at the Jailbreak Club for Jason Manns Concert!
Concert will be on Monday May 13th starting around 6.30-6.45pm and everyone who wants to join in is very welcome.
Tickets will be sold directly at the club door before the show for 15€, so you can just get there at the right day and time and get one, but if you prefer to book a ticket in advance you can send an email to Thea at theajailbreak(at)gmail.com. She'll help you make the reservation and keep the ticket at the door under your name.
