Terms and conditions

1. Jus In Bello Assn. reserves the right to refuse admission to any of their events to anyone for any reason deemed necessary.
2. Jus In Bello Assn. hosts only private events created for their members, associates and supporters. Events are not open to public and a personal and nominal invitation issued by the Assn. itself is mandatory to enter.
3. Any person found behaving in an unlawful manner, causing a nuisance or disrupting the pleasant proceeding of the event will be ejected from the convention without a refund of any subscription, contribution or donation given.
4. Any person must bring a printed copy of confirmation email as invitation and ID documents. The convention is a private event held for selected and approved visitors, failing to prove personal identity will result in denial to access the premises or immediate removal from it.
5. Strictly no refunds of any subscription, contribution or donationwill be given for any events. You are not booking a meeting with any specific actor or guest, you are supporting a no profit assn. devoted to create parties for fans entertainment.
6. Your contribution will grant you access to one specific eventor to a similar one we might organize as a replacement.
7. Your donations help maintaining Jus In Bello Assn. work.
8. Different contributions, donations and subscriptions grants you different privileges and the participation to different activities.
9. If you have an invitation and you cannot attend an event you can ask Jus In Bello Assn. to approve one change to send someone else in your place. The request must be sent in writing and must be approved in writing (i.e. email staff(at)jusinbello.it). Jus In Bello Assn. reserves the right to deny the invitation’s change for any reason deemed necessary.
10. Any request for a change of invitation must be forwarded at least 8 weeks prior the event (i.e March 15^th 2013 for JIB CON 4) and for no reason at all requests for changes will be accepted after that date.
11. If you acquire two invitations of the same type under your name you will not be allowed to give one to someone else.
12. We wish to remind everyone an invitation is not a ticket and cannot be treated like one. It is a privilege and it cannot be sold or traded, not even if you are no longer able to attend. Any breach of this policy will automatically render your invitation void without any indemnification.
13. Invitations to special activities such as Roman Holiday, La Dolce Vita, or Meet&Greet cannot be handed to other people under any circumstances.
14. If the event is anticipated, delayed, cancelled or moved to a new venue Jus In Bello Assn. will not be liable for any other costs you may incur.
15. If your invitation is rendered void by your breach of these policies Jus In Bello Assn. will not be liable for any other costs you may have previously sustained to attend the event.
16. If you fail to complete the whole minimum amount of your chosen contribution quote in terms agreed upon subscription no refund will be given, your money will simply be considered a donation, and entrance to any event will be denied.
17. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for arrangements made by attendees with third parties and does not endorse them..
18. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for any casualties (stolen items, personal effects losses, accidents and so on) occurring before, during or after the convention on the convention premises.
19. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for opinions and declarations made by guests and any member of convention staff.
20. Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for any personal initiative taken by guests or convention staff on their name only or on account of third parties.
21. All attendees are responsible for their actions and themselves at every moment. Underage attendees are under legal responsibility of their guardians at every given moment.
22. All guests appearances are subjected to work and personal commitments.Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility for any cancellation that may happen.
23. Guests may appear for 1 or part of 1 day during the event.
24. The event is a 3 day convention, and Jus In Bello Assn. accepts no responsibility if you miss the chance to take advantage of some privileges and activities because you cannot be there the whole time or because you are late.
25. If you cannot attend the whole 3 days you are requested to inform the staff before asking for your invitation or booking any activity.
26. If you have physical problems and you wish to attend the convention you are requested to inform the staff before asking for your invitation or booking any activity so the staff can take care of organizational details.
27. If you are requesting invitations for children under 10 you must inform the staff before making arrangements so the staff can take care of organizational details.
28. Infants till 11 months of age can enter the convention premises with their parents, but cannot access stage hall without explicit written approval, and they cannot have photo ops unless it is previously agreed with the staff.
29. Privileges such as photo ops and autographs do no equate to a meeting with any guest. You cannot request personalizations of any type neither for photo op or autograph. Whoever engages the guests for more time than strictly required for shoot and signing breaches the rules and will be ejected from the event without any indemnification.
30. Photo op are not sold they are privileges included in informative pamphlets or postcards about Jus In Bello Assn. Everyone can give a contribution and they will receive a pamphlet or a postcard, but only attendees to conventionwill have the right to request photo op therein contained.Hence photo ops are not refundable, if one guest is not available you will keep pamphlet or postcard and as per staff indication you will have a photo op with another guest.
31. Each different pamphlet or postcard will include 1 photo op for a different guest or group of guests. Attendees will collect their pamphlets and postcards directly at convention premises.
32. We cannot guarantee 1 or more different pamphlets and postcards for every attendee. Only those having booked them previously will be entitled to have photo ops for sure.
33. Some guests may request a limit on the number of autographs signed, or we may have to limit sessions due to time or other constraints, therefore we cannot guarantee extra autographs.
34. Autographs on the main signing sessions will be free according to your event invitation and privileges it grants.
35. To access autograph sessions or photo op sessions you will need to owe an invitation granting entrance to the main event.
36. If we have sponsored guests these may charge a fee for signing autographs.
37. Guest will only sign official pictures, photo op of the convention and brochure of the convention.
38. Guests may refuse to sign items of unlicensed merchandise.
39. Guests may refuse to sign items they do not find suitable. Bringing forth rude or coarse items will have you removed from the event without any indemnification.
40. You can bring presents for guests to autograph sessions, and you will be allowed to hand them personally, but each token must be unwrapped to allow a security check. No unchecked gift will be authorized.
41. At every moment, members of security and staff can ask you to let them check your bags or see your I.D. card.
42. Any instruction deemed necessary to the correct and regular progress of the event by the authorized staff is mandatory and must be carried out immediately. Failing to act accordingly will result in your expulsion from the event without any indemnification.
43. You cannot line up for any activity before being given permission to do so by the staff and you can do so only in approved areas indicated by the staff. You cannot stand in passages or sensible areas creating troubles for the staff and other participants, if you are told to move away you need to do so immediately and do not create the same situation again or you will be ejected from the event without any indemnification.
44. Absolutely no audio or videotaping allowed in the convention halls at any moment during the event. If you are found to be recording the event you will be ejected from the event without any indemnification.
45. Still photography for personal use only are allowed but commercial use is strictly prohibited.
46. Photo taking is permitted in the main hall but only from your seat and without flash use to avoid bothering our guests and other attendees.
47. Photo taking is not allowed during autograph sessions nor during the photo ops. If you are found to be broking this rule you will be ejected from the event without any indemnification.

49. By attending any events you agree to allow your image to be used on our website, in news, promotional works, documentaries or stories, either filmed by Jus In Bello Assn. or Jus In Bello Assn. Partners. Furthermore you understand that you will not receive any financial compensation for the use of any material or recordings.
50. No attempt is made to supersede the rights to any of the copyright holders of the work of art celebrated with the event promoted by Jus In Bello Assn.
51. The invitation grant you entrance only and does not include accommodation or any other expense.
52. Each invitation will grant you the rights stated in the description and nothing else.
53. If you subscribe a quote, send a contribution or make a donation you tacitly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions on www.jusinbello.itwebsite.
54. You are required to read the FAQ session of the website for further information of any point in this list.
55. Any claim will be solved under Italian Laws and Courts.
56. Jus In Bello Assn. reserves the right to add, remove or amend any of the conditions on this page accordingly to Italian law or the necessity to create a pleasant and relaxed weekend for the majority of participants.
