5 IMPORTANT POINTS REGARDING ALL PASSES:
1) Only people owning an invitation pass can get into convention premises. All passes give you access to the 3 whole days of the event from starting time in the morning till the end of regular activities in the evening.
2) You can book passes until they're available (booking details are here below). No pass will be available at the convention. Invitation passes aren't refundable under any circumstances, but YOU CAN REQUEST TO HAND YOURS OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE following the rules you find on this website and in Terms&Conditions. If you want to hand your pass to someone else YOU MUST REQUEST APPROVAL TO THE STAFF providing new participant’s data writing an email to staff(at)jusinbello.it.
3) You can always CHANGE YOUR PASS WITH A BETTER ONE without extra expenses (i.e. you can upgrade your Hunter pass into a Sinner pass, Demon pass or Angel pass and so on). You can ask for the change writing to staff(at)jusinbello.it and sending the difference between two specific pass contributions. (This possibility is open until the requested pass is available).
4) All passes include access to the convention + different specific features (privileges, autographs or photo ops). Specific features varies from one pass to the other (REFER TO SPECIFIC DETAILS FOR EACH PASS TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCES).
5) Each pass can be personalized ADDING PHOTO OPS, AUTOGRAPHS, OR SPECIAL PASSES as you prefer (you can see the list of them here).
Everything not expressively included into official pass description shall be requested separately. You can add photo ops, autographs or special passes at the same time you book your pass or afterwards as you prefer.
It's not mandatory to add anything to your pass.
ANGEL PASS
This invitation includes:
- Access to the event,
- One of the best reserved seats in the stageroom (by booking order),
- Priority line for every activity,
- Possibility to appear at any moment through assigned daily sessions (for autographs and photo ops),
- Access to evening activities both on Saturday and Sunday with the same reserved seat in the stage room,
- Admittance to Welcome Cocktail Party with invited guest actors in attendance,
- 1 autograph to get personally from each regular guest,
- Possibility to take part in every contest,
- Possibility to access art exhibitions and merchandise rooms,
- Possibility to book more autographs for each guest aside those included in the pass,
- Possibility to book more than 1 photo op for each guest. (ATTENTION NO PHOTO OPS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PASS)
- Possibility to book 1 access for every other special activity.

- Possibility to take part in every contest,
- Possibility to access art exhibitions and merchandise rooms,
- Possibility to book more autographs for each guest aside those included in the pass,
- Possibility to book more than 1 photo op for each guest. (ATTENTION NO PHOTO OPS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PASS)

- Possibility to book 1 access for all nightly activities.
- Possibility to book 1 access for every other special activity.
(Please be careful this invitation will NOT grant you entrance to the stage hall, but you'll still be able to watch on stage activities through monitors placed outside the stage room in convention premises).

- Possibility to book 1 or more photo ops for each guest. (ATTENTION NO PHOTO OPS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PASS).
- Possibility to book 1 access for all nightly activities.
- Possibility to book 1 access for every other special activity.

5 NOTES ON HOW REGULAR PASS BOOKING WORKS
1) You can send your request through OFFICIAL WEBSITE PAGE or sending an email to staff(at)jusinbello.it?subject=JUS%20IN%20BELLO%20%E2%80%93%20PASS REQUESTING">staff(at)jusinbello.it
Subject "JUS IN BELLO – PASS REQUESTING", and specifying:
• Surname Name
• Complete address (street, postal code, city, country)
• Date of birth
• Email
• Phone number
• Chosen pass type
• Specify method to send your contribution (wire transfer, moneygram, moneybookers with limited availability)(you can see the list of available methods here)
• Specify if you want the installment option (otherwise we will mark your request for full contribution)
ATTENTION: If you send your request using website form you're going to receive an automatic email immediately after completing the procedure THAT'S NOT A CONFIRMATION it's just a recap of your booking. If you don't get it please try again because something must have gone wrong.
ATTENTION: If you send an email with your request and you don’t receive a reply within 48hours please send it again because the email could have been lost by server.
ATTENTION: If you want to request 2 or more passes at the same time you can add all of them in you cart (for bookings placed through this site) and we’ll ask you for other participants data. If you want to book 2 or more passes at the same time by email just specify all participants data and chosen passes.
2) For both booking proceedings you'll get a confirmation email from our staff within 48 hours. The email will confirm you your request and provide all needed details to conclude the procedure (about the sending of contributions you can check here). If you don’t get our email please write again to staff(at)jusinbello.it">staff(at)jusinbello.it because your request or our reply could have been lost.
ATTENTION: if you don't receive our email please also check your spam fold in email inbox.
3) Minimum contribution require shall be sent within 3 working days, or if you have other needs please contact the staff and we will try to work out a feasible solution.
4) After the procedure is concluded staff will send you aconfirmation email for your pass working as a receipt and invitation. Receipt is numbered and nominal, you need to print it and bring it with you at the convention as an invitation along with an I.D. document for registration process. At registration desk you'll get your actual pass badge.
5) If you fill out a reservation and then you cancel it or you don't go through it regularly the staff will take note of it and act accordingly to your unfair behavior toward others Assn. supporters.
V.I.P. PASS:
PROPHET PASS
This invitation will include:
- Access to the event,
- Absolute best reserved seat of stage room – 1st row seats
- Front of the line pass for every activity in every moment you choose to go,
- Access to evening activities both on Saturday and Sunday with the same reserved seat in the stage room,
- Admittance to Welcome Cocktail Party with invited guest actors in attendance on a special table.
- Admittance to 1 Meet&Greet session with each regular guest (for more details on Meet&Greet sessions you can read details here),
- 1 autograph to get personally from each regular guest,
- Possibility to take part in every contest,
- Possibility to access art exhibitions and merchandise rooms,
- Possibility to book more autographs for each guest aside those included in the pass,

Further notes:
When coming to the event you need to bring a printed copy of your pass confirmation email (receipt is numbered and nominal) and some proof of ID such as a Driving License or Passport. The convention is a private event held for selected patrons, failing to prove who you are will result in no access to the premises no matter what.
If you send a request and a contribution or a quote you tacitly confirm you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions on this website.

All contributions required can be subjected to change, please confirm yours as early as possible.
Date, venues and guests can be subjected to change. Check back frequently for updates and subscribe newsletter to get news immediately.
Please note all guests are contracted to appear but appearances are subjected to change as film and television commitments take precedence.
The event will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not, therefore as per our Terms and Conditions refunds will not be given if a guest pulls out.
If a guest cancels we will try to book one or more replacements to fit the schedule.
Photo ops and other activities will be transferred to other guests and options holding the same value.
Absolutely no audio or videotaping allowed in the convention halls at any moment during the event.
Still photography for personal use only are allowed but commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Photo taking is permitted in the main hall but only from your seat and without flash use to avoid bothering our guests and other attendees.
Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops.
Photo taking is strictly prohibited at any special events.
