Here we are with the information you may need to be part of JIBCON 5 and send a request for your invitation pass.
Official convention date is the weekend of 23-25 May 2014
Pass types will be again:
ANGEL PASS Minimum Contribution required 425€
DEMON PASS Minimum Contribution required 325€
SINNER PASS Minimum Contribution required 195€
HUNTER PASS Minimum Contribution required 115€
PROPHET PASS (as usual the few available VIP passes will be auctioned at a later date)

You can send your request:
BY EMAIL SATURDAY JUNE 15th FROM 2.00PM (ROME TIME ZONE) ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE PRIORITY (meaning JIBCON 3 and JIBCON 4 participants or people who sent a donation in 2012 or 2013) and from 3.00pm (rome time zone) for everyone who want to join us.
OUR STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 72-96 HOURS CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AND GIVING YOU RELATED DETAILS.
THROUGH BOOKING FORM ON THE WEBSITE (it will be available HERE 15 minutes prior the 3.00pm Rome Time Zone starting time for everyone)
If you book through the website you will receive an AUTOMATIC EMAIL with a recap of your request. PLEASE NOTE THAT IS NOT A CONFIRMATION, THE STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY WITHIN 72-96 HOURS CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AND PROVIDING ALL RELATED DETAILS.
As usual you will have 3 days to send your contribution AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM OUR STAFF. We're sorry but failing to respect the deadline will result in you getting a fine, or losing your booking priority, or being definitely denied invitation to the convention based on the situation. So please be careful when you send your request for a pass.
To have necessary information please read all the rules posted on this website, starting from pass descriptions to the FAQ page and the Terms&Conditions that have been updated for the new year.
People sending their contributions in installments will get their invitation pass only at the end of the process. On the contrary we will let you know your pass number within a couple of weeks after your booking will be confirmed.
We wish to remind you that if you fail to send all installments within due dates you are automatically forsaking your invitation pass and all privileges. All previous intallments will not be refunded and they will become simple donations
If you want to seat together with friends and you want to request more than one pass or type of passes you can do so sending 1 EMAIL ONLY FOR A MAXIMUN NUMBER OF 5 PEOPLE to
specifying data requested above for each participant.
Or with ONLY 1 BOOKING FORM through website requesting all passes you wish to have. In this case we'll ask you for other participants' data when we'll confirm your booking.
Even if you book together you can send your contributions separately and with different methods, just let us know about your choice in the same email of your booking.
Please don't send us more than 1 email for the same booking, if you do the 1st request will be deleted and we will keep as effective only the last one meaning you'd lose your priority!

Please pay attention to avoid sending your request before the specified starting time because all bookings coming in prior to that moment will be deleted and you'd risk to miss the chance to get the pass you wish to have.
Also when you're sending your booking please specify if you'd like to take a different type of pass should the one of your 1st choice be all taken already, or if you simply would prefer to let it go. This way we can be sure to provide you with the best option available when we receive your request.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL ACCEPT REQUESTS ONLY UNTIL ALL PLACES ARE TAKEN. IT'S A PARTY AND THERE ARE ONLY SO MANY PEOPLE WE CAN LET IN. WE HOPE TO HAVE A PLACE FOR ALL OF YOU BUT WE CANNOT GRANT WE WILL BE ABLE TO MEET ALL DEMANDS. FOR THIS WE APOLOGIZE ALREADY.
Every seat will be assigned strictly by booking order so it will be up to luck and fast email sending where you do end up being placed. This way there will be nothing to quarrel about and all of you will have the same chance to get better seats depending on when you book.
If you have physical problems please specify them while you are sending your request so we can make it work for you.
If you want to bring at the convention children under 15 while you are sending the request for their pass please you have to specify it!
FOR THOSE WHO CAN SEND THEIR BOOKING AT PRIORITY OPENING TIME OF 2.00PM ROME TIME ZONE (meaning JIBCON 3 and JIBCON 4 participants and any supporter that has sent donations during 2012 or 2013)
During the 1 hour priority you have you can send your request only by email.
You can send a request for yourself and for 1 of your friends, even if they've never been at the convention. But if you refer someone you will be responsible for their request so you will be responsible for them to complete the whole procedure regularly and you will be held accountable if the person you've referred behaves poorly and doesn't respect the rules.
We absolutely don't want to see people contacting JIBCON 3 and JIBCON 4 participants to be added as their plus one just to overrule the priority. If we realize this is happening we will simply cancel all requests coming from these people. We don't want to see a trade of booking requests!
Only for those of you who were part of JIBCON 4.
As said you are granted a very special installment plan if you book on Saturday June 15th (if you are booking for people who were not at JIBCON 4 they will have to use regular installments, not privileged ones).
Installments work like this for you:
ANGEL PASS 35€ (within 3 days after the booking) + 145€ (within Monday July 22nd) + 145€ (within Monday August 19th) + 100€ (within Monday September 9th)
For those of you who were not at JIBCON 4.
You can either choose to send whole minimum contribution immediately or through installments like this:
ANGEL PASS 175€ (within 3 days after the booking) + 150€ (within Monday July 22nd) + 100€ (within Monday August 19th)
