Here we are with the information you may need to be part of JIB CON 4 and send a request for your invitation pass.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE
Official convention date is 10-12 May 2013
Pass types will be again:
ANGEL PASS Minimum Contribution required 420€
DEMON PASS Minimum Contribution required 320€
SINNER PASS Minimum Contribution required 185€
HUNTER PASS Minimum Contribution required 115€
PROPHET PASS (as usual the few available VIP passes will be auctioned at a later date)
You can find each pass detailed description HERE (as said nothing changed from this year besides including into Angel and Demon passes both evening activities of Saturday and Sunday)
You can send your request:
BY EMAIL at staff(at)jusinbello.it specifying all the following data:
OUR STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AND GIVING YOU RELATED DETAILS.
THROUGH BOOKING FORM ON THE WEBSITE (it will be available HERE 15 minutes prior starting time but please pay attention to not send your request before starting hour because we won't consider it)
If you book through the website you will receive an AUTOMATIC EMAIL with a recap of your request. PLEASE NOTE THAT IS NOT A CONFIRMATION, THE STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY WITHIN 48 HOURS CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AND PROVIDING ALL RELATED DETAILS.
People sending their contributions in installments will get a receipt for all of them and the pass invitation only at the end of the process. On the contrary we will let you know your pass number within a couple of weeks after your booking will be confirmed.
If you want to seat together with friends and you want to request more than one pass or type of passes you can do so sending 1 EMAIL ONLY to staff(at)jusinbello.it specifying data requested above for each participant.
Or with ONLY 1 BOOKING FORM through website requesting all passes you wish to have. In this case we'll ask you for other participants' data confirming your booking.
Please don't send us ton of emails for the same booking, that will only create chaos and not speed up our reply!
Even if you book together you can send your contributions separately and with different methods, just let us know about your choice.
If you have physical problems please specify them while you are sending your request so we can make it work for you.
If you want to bring at the convention children under 10 while you are sending the request for their pass please specify it, thank you!
For those of you who were part of a JIB CON already or sent a donation to JIB Assn.
You can send your request from 2.00 pm ROME TIME ZONE on Saturday June 16th.
You can send a request for yourself and for 1 of your friends, even if they were not at the convention this year. But if you refer someone you will be responsible for their request so you will be responsible for them to complete the whole procedure regularly.
ANGEL PASS 90€ (within 3 days after the booking) + 165€ (within Monday July 23rd) + 165€ (within Monday August 20th)
For those of you who ARE NEW to JIB CON and never sent donations to JIB Assn.
You can send your request from 5.00 pm ROME TIME ZONE on Saturday June 16th
You can either choose to send whole minimum contribution immediately or through installments like this:
ANGEL PASS 170€ (within 3 days after the booking) + 150€ (within Monday July 23rd) + 100€ (within Monday August 20th)
