Convention attendees can book rooms for their staying at the convention for cheaper fares.
You can book rooms with special rates for the dates from May 5th to May 18th.
(Note: booking a room at the Hilton hotel is not mandatory, but it can be easier though since convention night activities may end late and you may find useful to sleep in the convention hotel.)

Convention attendees will benefit of cheaper prices also booking rooms at Hilton Garden Inn, the twin Hilton hotel, which presents cheaper rates and is located near the convention hotel (there will be a free shuttle from & to Hilton Rome Airport and Garden Inn).

NOTE:
- when you book they charge your credit card for 1 night stay, this to make sure the card is valid and the booking serious, it seems like last year they had some trouble with fake booking. Some people booked and then didn't bother to send an email to cancel their resevation when they changed their mind. We know this can happen because we had the same problem with not so honest people reserving passes and then not going through with them.
- but you can cancel your booking untill May 3rd 2013 and they will give you back your money without any fee.
- you can make any necessary change to arriving or departure dates until May 3rd 2013 without any additional fee (you can change from single to double or triple room and viceversa too, of course based on rooms availability at the moment of your request).
- Fee for Fiumicino city tax is not included in the room rate, so you'll have to pay it separately when you pay your room.
- Communications with the Hilton staff will must be only through this email address: romap.cb(at)hilton.com and not through phone.
- Hilton hotel staff will reply to your email within 5 working days. If you get no answer please wait 5 days before writing them again.
FOR MINORS STAYING AT HILTON HOTEL UNACCOMPANIED.
You can find on the website the AUTHORIZATION DECLARATION for Minor that need to be signed by parents or legal guardians if you are under 18th.
If you have some doubts about that please contact the Hilton directly at cb.romeairport(at)hilton.com and they will clear what's needed with you.

If you try but cannot manage to use the order form of the Hilton hotel website you can send a booking email following these instructions.
You can write an email to:
Romap.cb(at)hilton.com
object: "JUS IN BELLO BOOKING".
and write down:
- chosen hotel (Hilton Rome Airport the convention one, or Hilton Garden Inn)
- number of rooms you wish to book
- number of people staying in each room (up to 3 persons)
- room type (i.e. Twin bed or King bed)
- check in date - check out date
- name and surname of the person in charge of the booking
- phone number of the person in charge of the booking
- credit card number and owner name
- email address and phone number
This done Hilton staff will send you back a confirmation email within 5 working days, with all your data and the number of your booking for future references.
TO BOOK WITHOUT CREDIT CARD
If you don't have any credit card send an email to Romap.cb(at)hilton.com and ask if they can accept a bank transfer.
