Today is booking day again and from 05.00 pm (Rome Time Zone) you will be able to send your requests for special activity LA DOLCE VITA.
You can book simply sending an email to staff@jusinbello.it specifying your SURNAME & NAME, your PASS NUMBER, and PAYMENT METHOD.
If you are booking for and some friends too please give us the same data as well for them.
If you are booking 1 pass but it’s for someone else specify it giving us their data directly instead of yours.
You can book also through website form which will be available 10 minutes before starting time, but please be sure to send the request only at 05.00 pm precisely and not before.
ALL BOOKINGS COMING BEFORE 05.00 PM WILL BE DISCARDED AS VOID PLEASE REMEMBER THIS WHEN YOU SEND THE REQUEST EITHER BY EMAIL OR THROUGH WEBSITE.
We hate to see you disappointed, but once again places are very limited, and if bookings rolls like Roman Holiday ones, there’s a fair chance we will have to leave out of this quite a few people, so we will be very strict with the time rule to make sure anyone has the same chance to get one place.
About LA DOLCE VITA due to obvious security reasons we can’t disclose many details (only participants will receive full schedule and guide information a week or so before the convention) but we can tell you that participants will be required to arrive at Hilton Rome Airport Hotel for the check in around 9.30 am on Friday morning.
People already taking part in Roman Holiday should not need to worry about this rulebecause they will be taken from Roman Holiday finish line to La Dolce Vita location at the end of Roman Holiday tour and perfectly in time for La Dolce Vita start.
La Dolce Vita is a special event granting a group of 25 fans to spend a few hours together with some actors, while experiencing the luxury lifestyle Rome can offer. This activity will make everyone taste those special things that make Italy famous all over the world.
Special guests keeping you company for La Dolce Vita will be: JARED PADALECKI, JASON MANNS and STEVE CARLSON.
To make this event happen we have to reach a minimum number of participants, if we don't reach it La Dolce Vita won't be happening and people who booked it refunded.
Excluding a previous sell out the deadline for booking this special activity is set to February 19th, after that day we won't be able to accept bookings anymore.
Required contribution will be of 585€, if you wish to split it in 2 installments you can do so requesting it in your email and sending 200€ within usual 3 days and 385€ within Friday 28th February. If you are sending the whole contribution you can send 580€ instead of 585€ within usual 3 days.
Please everybody do remember 1st installments are not refundable and it’s not possible to convert them into something different (photo ops, autographs, etc…)
